There is no them - only us!  Groundswell brings everyone together, including policy makers, managers, frontline staff and homeless people, to create effective solutions to homelessness.

Groundswell helps professionals meet Government guidelines as well as developing more effective homelessness policies and services, ensuring best use of public money.  A bespoke training itinerary ranges from cultural and organisational issues through to practical insight and client involvement techniques.  Modules meet Supporting People Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) standards. Groundswell training takes a modular approach, ensuring the training programme meets the specific local need.  There are 21 modules available, including 'Why is Client Involvement Important?', 'Communication and Countering Resistance' and 'The Hows: Easy but Cheesy Client Participation Methods'.  Organisations are invited to build their own list of training sessions, combining the most important modules for your situation.

We can build bespoke courses for managers, staff, homeless people or a mixture of participants.  In order for participants to experience client involvement first hand, most of our training is delivered by accredited trainers who have personal experience of homelessness.
