Athol Hallé
Chief Executive
Athol has been running Groundswell since November 2006, where his responsibilities include fundraising and business development. Before that he was managing the Grant Award Scheme and various other Groundswell projects for three years. His previous employers include Cardboard Citizens, the National Homeless Alliance and Amnesty International UK.

Simone Helleren
Training Manager
Simone manages Enterprising Solutions, supporting homeless people to become self-employed, and co-ordinates Groundswell's Training Programme. Previously Simone worked with young people at London Gypsy & Traveller Unit and Enfield Children's Fund. Simone is also a self-employed trainer, facilitator and theatre practitioner.

Jimmy Carlson
Volunteer
Jimmy has been a Groundswell volunteer for 8 years, where he delivers training around client involvement and works with Health Link to improve homeless people's access to health services. Jimmy is chair of the Haven Club, a user-led social club for people recovering from drug and alcohol misuse. He also helped set up the advisory to the board group for clients of the Alcohol Recovery Project.

Kelly is Groundswell's newest team member, moving here from Copenhagen in June 2008 to get us all organised!
