Get ahead - go straight to the heart of the issuesThe only way to genuinely tackle homelessness is to utilise the knowledge and experience of homeless people themselves
Peer led research is at the heart of client involvement and it provides credible insight into the needs of homeless people, the impact of existing services and any gaps in provision that strategies should address in future. Priorities can be based upon the objective analysis Groundswell provides on the strength of feedback. Commissioning bodies and agencies know that their spending will be justified as the most cost-effective use of often limited resources.
